Download the Zonos app
Shippers can download the Zonos app to prepare their U.S.-bound package at home or at the postal counter. No subscription required. Just open and start using.
Currently supporting Canada Post, USPS (U.S. Territories), Cyprus Post, La Poste du Togo, and QazPost, with more posts coming soon.

Snap a photo of the items being shipped
Snap a single photo that includes all of the items being shipped, or add multiple photos. Alternatively, add your item information manually.

Let Zonos Vision suggest complete customs information
Zonos Vision, our AI-powered item detection tool, automatically extracts and suggests required customs information from your photos in seconds—saving everyone time and streamlining processes.

Pay duties
The Zonos app will automatically calculate the applicable duties and tariffs, and prompt for payment. Payment can be made directly in the app and is processed in the local currency.
By paying duties via the Zonos app, you are guaranteed that no additional duties will be charged to the shipper or the recipient. Duties paid through the Zonos app are guaranteed.

Show proof of payment
With duties prepaid, shippers can now ship their package to the U.S.. To show proof of payment, simply show the declaration ID to the postal clerk.
Posts were only given until August 29 2025 to comply with the U.S. executive order.
